what’s next FOR RIVERSIDE
Riverside Construction began in East Memphis, and today, we’re building in new places where families are putting down roots and looking for a home that fits the way they want to live.
From Piperton to Germantown and Collierville, and into communities beyond, we’re bringing the same hands-on approach, attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship that have shaped Riverside for nearly two decades.
BUILDING IN NEW PLACES
The Longleaf | 2026 VESTA Home Show
Our first VESTA Home Show home brings Riverside to Piperton Preserve, where we’re excited to introduce The Longleaf and share what we love about building a home from the ground up.
Piperton Preserve | Phase 7
New opportunities are coming to Piperton Preserve in fall 2026, with lots and home plans from Riverside.
Spring Creek Ranch
Riverside is also building in the Village section of Spring Creek Ranch, with opportunities that include homes already being thoughtfully planned.
Glasgow | Germantown
Riverside is a preferred builder in Glasgow, a new Germantown community where homeowners can choose their lot and create a custom-built residence.
And this is just the beginning. As new communities and opportunities take shape, Riverside is looking forward to building beyond the places we’ve known for years.
WHAT’S NEXT IN HOME BUILDING?
For Riverside, what’s next isn’t about building bigger just because we can. It’s about building better for the way people actually live.
Thoughtful design. Livable spaces. Materials chosen for their beauty and staying power. Details that give a home personality without sacrificing function.
We believe a well-built home should feel considered from the beginning, with every room, finish and custom detail working together. That means paying attention to how a family lives today while leaving room for how life may change tomorrow.
And because Brandon and Richard stay closely involved in the work, the details don’t get lost between the plans and the finished home. Riverside brings experience, craftsmanship and a personal investment to every project.

WHAT’S NEXT FOR YOU?
Maybe you’re building for the first time.
Maybe you’re ready for more room. Maybe you’re ready for less.
Maybe the way you live has changed, and your home needs to change with you.
A new home can be a fresh start, a change of pace, a place to gather, a place to grow, or simply a better fit for the life you’re living now.
Whatever is next for you, Riverside can help you build a home around it.
